I've stayed there many times ($89 / night) and parking lot totally safe, super clean rooms (no bed bugs, new mattresses, etc) , good free breakfast. Pool is very well maintained. Best of all is that it's on the east side of Lemon City / Little Haiti. Just two blocks away is a carousel of decent SW's mostly spanish and black if that's your thing. So it's the best of both worlds. Safety and cleanliness if you're staying for a couple of days, and yet close enough to touch the action. Google it.
