The dancer gets $10 for the 1st song and then you pay them $20 for each song after, so 2 songs would only cost you an additional $20 directly to the dancer. This gives them some incentive to do good on the 1st song otherwise you walk away owing them nothing.

Sometimes if I get several dances and she really makes my day I'll pay her for that song too.

My advice is when you go back wait for the next song to start so there is no possible confusion as to the first song. If the dancer was really wrong in this case don't dance with her again. Sometimes they just need to know you first. During the day there is no one checking the lap dance area except by camera. Nothing will happen if Ritchie is in the house. I usually only go daytime so can't speak for nights.
