Surprised, elated, disappointed, and money spent. After years, it gets distilled down to remembering the few greats that you have had after the bad service and time wasted. But if you are new or midstream into the game, you want variety and to scratch itches. If you are lucky, you will have had a few great ones, in the end. First of all, I can see that you did not take the time to fully absorb the content of the message that I had written. Let make it clear and simple for you.
