As for the kids thing, the only thing I would care about is if she got knocked up by someone else, but that is easily solved with a dna test, and an agreement that she have an abortion in that situation. If we ended up procreating I would almost certainly insist on IVF to eliminate that possibility.

I generally think that society's weirdness around sex work contributes a lot to the stigma of mental issues with people that engage in it.

I really don't think it matters with like 99% of jobs, unless you're a VP level executive or higher at like a fortune 100 company. But a lot of guys at that income level may or may not be seeing girls on the side too, so its all together hypocritical.
