Just sayin'.
C3.
I did an outcall when I was kinda new to the board. The guy half way threw the process told me he was a cop and would arrest me if I didn't make him cum. I flipped out on him and he said he was just role playing. GTFO!!
I have been told the same thing about the Health Dept. But I think is based on income. I need to call and find out for sure. My insurance covers the testing also but it's just once a year. I like to be tested at least four times a year. A fellow member told me about this website that does a 10-panel test for $$. https://www.stdcheck.com/std-test-pricing.php If anyone knows about the Health Dept. Please let us know.
Pilot.
I'm late to the discussion, but I'd like to chime in on stdcheck.com. I use this service and get tested 4 times a year. More depending on if I have engaged in any risky activities out of the ordinary or had any condom break scares. This company used to take insurance which covered everything, but now they don't and its $200 for a full 10-panel test as noted above. They also offer an early-detection HIV test that can be added on for an additional couple hundred. The difference being that the standard HIV test included in the 10 panel can detect HIV as early as 3-4 months?, but the early test I believe can detect within a couple of days. I like this service because everything is done online, including the Drs. Order for your tests, and you go to a quest diagnostic anytime where they take a urine sample and a few vials of blood. I like this setting since people go to quest diagnostics for all types of reasons, cholesterol, blood sugar, drug testing, etc. Also, you don't even have to tell them why you are there. You literally walk in, give them your name and I'd, and they can look up what tests have been sent to them electronically. Point being you can be there for anything and you don't feel awkward like you do when you are in a std clinic (or at least I do anyway). They also guarantee results within 3 days, which is a plus for me. I can say that most of the time I get the results in 1 - 2 days. Also, while I have not caught anything (knock on wood) if you should happen to test positive for something they set you up with doctors who will write you a prescription for whatever you need. If you have a wife or girlfriend and are in a situation where your SO keeps track of your expenses the great thing is that the charge comes up as some lab. If you are ever asked anything about it you can just say this was to have blood work done for something other than STDs of course. Yes $200 will set some of us back, but its a small price to pay to have piece of mind and I try to keep this amount put to the side just in case I have a health scare. This is also a good service if you do not want this type of tests to show up on your insurance invoice, which again is good for those with a SO. If anyone has anymore questions about this service feel free to PM me. Hope this helps.
Happy mongering and stay safe.

C3.
OK, I will admit to being naive in these matters and wasn't sure what C3 was talking about until I looked it up and found that LGBT stands for (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender). Now I understand and now I have a problem with this solution. I checked other options and found that stdcheck will do a ten panel test for $$. I also checked with the County Health Department and the max it will cost is $. 5 depending on what tests are run. Your insurance may pay for it but you should check that out.

I just read through the act & its purpose it to establish standards for access to government facilities that require IDs & for certain forms of travel (domestic & international airport, some rail, etc.) And port of entry. Of course, it's a lot easier to enter the country if you're not a citizen & don't have an I'd than if you do these days.

It's just the typical LE bullshit.
As to LE thinking you have something to hide if you're not carrying any form of ID, how about having your ID stolen or lost? Why carry around an important document when you don't have to, especially while on foot? LE wants you to carry ID at all times to make 'their' life easier, not yours. LE is nothing if not a bunch of lying, lazy fucks.
Most of the Chinese women at modern massage parlors are only working to finance their travels. Most actually come from middle to upper middle class families and want to see America. They don't want to establish roots here because most intend to return to China, and they want to be free to travel while here.
In the mid-west, I know the girls typically pay $10 per night to sleep, and cook at either the massage parlor or at a nearby apartment provided by the massage parlor boss. Most newer lease agreements at shopping centers forbid the girls to live on site. They consider the accommodations like staying at a hostel.
I was once fascinated by these girls and the industry. Your take is spot on. I remember going to my favorite AMP just before opening hoping to see my fav girl come into work. I never saw here and opening time passed so I decided to check the door. It was open and I went in. There she was having just gotten out of bed, breakfast, freshly showered and ready for work.

If they say you are being detained than ask why, if they can't provide a reason you are free to go. Doesn't matter how bad the reason is, they can say "I'm arresting you on suspicion of being a co conspirator in the Lindbergh kidnapping" and you got to go to jail but if they don't give you one you are free to go.
I'm betting nearly every tyranny in history started with "if you don't have anything to hide. ".
