There was an unexpected upcharge for BBFS ($150 for finishing inside vs. The typical $100) which I still went with, but was a little annoying. In the past the KA booker was really curt. However my more recent interactions have been much more polite.

I always try to be very polite and maintain a good relationship because I value access to my favorites a lot. For example, if you are nice you can ask to start early and the booker will negotiate it for you if possible. And also why not be nice? When I have had a bad experience (rare) I let them know but I'm not an ass about it. I prefer to not write bad reviews due to bad looks or unenthusiastic service, I just let the booker know and I don't write a positive review here. And I think they appreciate that. All my positive reviews are genuine, I'm not a shill. But I just choose to not write a review if the experience was not great and I think my review would hurt their business.

Agree that my experience with LPG has been overall greater than with KA. I always assumed the bookers were dudes for some reason, but it doesn't make a diff.

To me, LPG has been more clear and helpful with directions (esp at first), while the KA booker was less helpful. When Azzie was around and people had mentioned that her service could use help, the LPG booker did solicit feedback (first time ever) and was courteous with my tepid (but polite) review of Azzie. I think they do work to remove bad providers, as with Nana recently, and try to improve service. I also appreciate that they give estimated dates of when providers will be here so that you can plan ahead.

When I first started it was with KA and the provider there actually said she would be returning to Seattle a couple months later with LPG and she had advised me that she preferred working with them as they have kinder management. Since then, I have felt like they provided better experiences overall.

Do any of these providers allow recording?
