Sometimes if there are no appointments for the day, they don't go into the office. They just stay home or do errands or something so it's best to call ahead. At least an hour or so before. It's well advised that you call and make an appointment first as sometimes no one is there if no appointments are scheduled or they won't be able to see you if they have customers already scheduled. It could have been Grace as Hinode's description could fit her as well, except that she is younger than Jenn. She told me she was Japanese, but I wouldn't be surprised if she was Korean.
