That's the strange thing about the VIP; I also noticed that the last room is the preferred room but not sure why. All the rooms allow you to be viewed by anyone wanting to peep.
Okay, we all talk goodness about Follies and just wanted to give my shout out as well. Went weekday and the place was still packed at 2pm, does anyone go to work anymore? Had a few dances, all high mileage. First was Miley. A long legged brunette. Then a dirty blonde, do not remember her name but had a "FTP" tatoo on the back of her neck.she had the grippest buns I have ever experienced. Waited for my fav Anika, but some guy had her tied up for ever. So was going to get this flexible red head after her stage dance. Called for her across the room but when she got there, she was the wrong girl. What the hell, she was tall and leggy and had short dark red hair. Name was Roxy and she gave me a few dances that rivaled my fav! I was wondering though, if any of you had dances with her. She did have a tatoo "Calli" on the back of her neck and thought there was some reviews on here about her. Was not the same girl. Any VIP experience info with her would be much appreciated.

She's a great girl who you can count on to give you more than your money's worth. She has been discussed on this board before. Cali is a dirty blonde who recently finished six months of rehab. I haven't seen her since her return, but the word I hear is that she hasn't yet returned to the, ahem, form that got a lot of approval here before her time off. I don't think she's the dirty blonde you saw.
Probably the most mainstream strip club event in ATL this side of making a drunken trek over to Clermont Lounge for a PBR & Blondie. Meaning a lot of "regular guys (& gals)" there; not just us thristy perverts in sweatsuits.
Over for this year but file away for next March.
Bottom line: If you are looking for high mileage stay away. If you want a place to look at boobs, drink beer & watch hoops with buddies, this is right in your wheel house, with one caveat: It is packed and unless you get there when it opens forget about getting a seat.
The good news: $4 Miller Lite bottles, $7. 90 Alluvia Kitchen Buffet (again unless you are early enough to sit, plan to eat standing up) , Tons of dancers. Very festive atmosphere. Busy enough that if you don't want to be the big baller tipper you can get away without tipping much and not be conspicious.
The bad: Wall to wall dudes. Standing around gets old after awhile. The positive is even though packed, not a violent ghetto club where an accidental elbow leads to gunshots and a write up in the AJC.
Thanks for the report. I was going to check out the Clermont for the heck of it, but I think I will just be disappointed if I go.

But maybe they have I just keep missing it. You have to walk a few feet down to even see the last room. So know one can see you. Unless they make it a point to. And the more discretion, the more willing the girl. Most of the time anyway.

The Clermont is a freak show, but once in a blue moon they get someone new worth seeing. Go in with low expectations and you won't be dissapointed. Be ready to leave quickly also. If the scenery isn't good it isn't likely to get better unless you drink copiously!

Took a trip to Pin Ups today sine I haven't been there in months. Saw a few old fans, but there was some new talent. Most of the mileage is good, but there seemed to be a lot more security, and not a lot of stick shifting. My major complaint was that it seemed that the songs could be as short as one minute and a half. Even at $5 a song, that's no good. Fine looking ladies, but your money would last longer at Follies.
Blue flame is blazing when it comes to the talent (mon nite). Azz and hips everywhere. You would find at least 2 of what you looking for. But I couldn't peep a dark lonely corner to save my life. A dancer said no VIP either. I am going to have to chill out from the blue flame (a sign said touching is unlawful). Plenty of show but not enough go. Babes was looking scarce (it was 2am) but dark and chill. Not anything to take to VIP on a late Mon nite. But I will be back out there.
There is no question Follies is the most popular club in Atlanta from reading the posting on this board and talking to many girls in many clubs. It looks to me that the main reason why people go to strip club is to get some. Do some of you go to SC's to look at beautiful girls anymore? I have heard that a lot of top notch girls are moving out of this business because of the new trend. They say the clubs are different nowadays. If you don't do extras, you can't make a living.

But to go to a club and let go of $200 bucks or so to look isn't what I want to do. My intent is to always 'get something'. At one time, I would go to look, but wouldn't spend near 200 bones. Once they started grinding in your lap 8 or 9 years ago, I thought to myself," Self, there are possibilities here."

I suspect it is a lot more difficult to to make money dayshift as a dancer at any club if your aren't doing extras.
That said I've been in clubs that are packed particularly on weekend nights where there aren't a whole lot of extras going on. Just drinks and dances.
Heck one trend I've seen is women customers going in with husbands / boyfriends. There were a ton of them at Tattletales Sat. Night. Just a bunch of people drinking a lot of booze having a good time. Sure there was some VIP but mostly just floor shows and drinking.

And although I can have a great time on most visits without getting any extras, if the possiblity were completely eliminated, the thrill would be gone.
Has there ever been a time when strippers didn't complain about "wh0res" making it impossible for "clean dancers"? The bad economy probably aggravated it, but I don't see any new trend there. Likewise, a (relatively) better economy brings other job options for girls moving out of the business.
Follies seems to always have high turnover among the better looking dancers. It's got to be a pretty intense ride. When they're new, they make a shitload with ease. Once the shine wears off and it becomes a bit of a struggle, they get discouraged over all the crap they have to endure to make less and less. All we can hope for is that fresh meat keeps getting hired to replace the burnouts.
