For the first time I had a next day appointment which they said they will send a confirmation the morning of. I didn't realize that meant they expect me to reply back. I was working and didn't check my messages until after lunch. I'm completely ok with them canceling my appointment for no response on my side as that is just business. I just felt their messaging was quite rude. "I guess you're not seeing X today. Appt canceled." Then when I apologized. "Then want to come? Or not?" First time them talking to me like this so I was baffled.
