It hasn't always been the case there but most of the time it seems to be. MM also, but less and less from what I hear. I think it is much more rare at BO. Only 1 SOG there from my limited experience.

2. NDS and King offer a 4 hand upgrade almost every time. At least when they have someone available. It is an extra Benjamin.
