Hey guys,

I finally had some extra cash to splurge (Thanks Mass State Lottery) and despite Kenn's warning, I decided to try Heavenly Spa.
Easy to find and parking was right out front! The place is brand new and is incredibly clean! Two women were there. One was Bella and she escorted me to the back. Bella is very cute, I would guess late 20's, around 5' 7", thin frame with a little bit of weight in the stomach and thighs, B-cups, limited English. The other was working as the mamasan. Police Take Notice: As everyone knows, this is nothing more than the typical Asian Massage parlor with a Happy Ending. Yes, they advertise as providing CHINESE BODY WORK OI GONG TUI NA. This allows them to bypass the need to get licensed by the Town of Canton's Board of Health as a legitmate Massage service. It's only a matter of time before the Canton Police Department start staking this place out. Canton Police take these types of activities very seriously, as they've already shut down 2 other massage providers, with the clients getting caught with their pants down, so to speak.
Hopefully you won't be one of them at this new spa.

Drove by this place late this afternoon, and sure enough, there was a Canton Police car watching from the parking lot next door. It's true: this new "Spa" is under the watchful eye of Canton's LE.

I didn't see any Canton LE when I went, but I wouldn't dispute that one could have been watching at another time of the day!
Based on prior conversations with Tracy, I would guess it was her.
If this place makes nice with the town (meaning keeps the extras minimal in the beginning and "takes care" of the right people) I don't think they will have a problem.
As far as license, I don't know exactly what the requirements are, but the town did license it. Most towns need revenue, so unless they have illegals or get openly bold with extra, they should be OK.
If you are referring to "D" or Delphine, she basically retired last May/June with her Eros ad being removed and her telephone numbers & emails turned off.

I tried to find the ad and all I came up with that seemed to fit your description was one for Salisbury. Considering where you ended up i'm quite sure that is not the one you found.
