What timeslot do you normally choose when you book girls (I. E. Early day, lunch hour or late night)? And have you noticed that service is noticeably different during different parts of the day?

If she takes good care of herself and sets a manageable pace, her service shouldn't suffer. Take for example Hana. While it stands to reason that early appointments should get an objectively better experience due to them having just rested, I've gotten plenty of subpar service because she didn't sleep well, got drunk partying or otherwise last night, or just plain not a morning person. Societal etiquette takes a back seat when power dynamics change. You are now a paying customer in this situation and tacitly take on a higher status regardless if she's a stranger or older than you. The girls themselves will probably stay in formal speech unless you tell them otherwise or feel comfortable enough to switch to informal.
