One of the reasons she has been around so long is that she is generally just a no BS appointment that is easy to set because she answers her phone and does the deed to completion for. 8 all in. I think every time I have called and said can I be there in an hour, she has said ok. Some of these women who act like they are doing you a favor to give you an appointment two days in advance really piss me off. A lot of them don't even call back. That is really a foolish way to treat customers who are paying you two or three times what a skilled carpenter makes for a rub any fool could do.
