As far as Greek upcharge goes, YMMV. It mainly just depends on if the girl likes you or not. The 3 girls in the NDS / King stable that I have had Greek from are Mona, Monica, and Ruby. I have never been upcharged for it, but I do sometimes tip extra anyway if the girl goes above and beyond. Keep in mind that I am somewhat of a frequent flyer as well, so that may also be a factor.

Been to Milk twice recently.

First time was with the highly reputable Mocha. Her tongue game is definitely complimentary and high level.

Second time was with a girl, I don't know her name, it was Jing Jing or something. Body was not as nice as Mocha, but she was more genuine. I think she and I just clicked better. Mocha does a lot of fake moaning which turns me off. Jing Jing gave me a better finish because we had a better click, but definitely not as talented as Mocha.
