Visited Hoover for the first time since she has been back in the area. Enjoyed every min of it as usual amazing oral skills. Sure she is not for everyone. But she sure is for me. I guess to each there own right. But the oral skills and personality in general. She keeps me interested. Glad she is still a local option.

And after about 15 back-and-forth, Tax, she in the end refuse to do the 10 second LEO check I canceled the date. Red Flag? Or am I being paranoid?

This was an angry text about exposing the network of local providers. This is a different girl that I have known on prior hook ups. Always easy going, pretty face, and accommodating. I have been hustled before, and if someone refuses the LEO check on account of her newly empowered network instructed her to follow how they can control the market. I infer that she was inspired by the union talks and market clearing price has been set. But she did negotiate down to $140 for everything. I know what LEO is but I've been trying to figure out how to get going in safest way possible and insight on making sure no LEO involved would be much appreciated.
The theory is that before discussing exchanging money for sex, you should have some sort of intimate interaction. A long open mouth kiss, copping a feel and her doing the same, flashing her tits, etc.
Supposedly, a cop can't do those things or it taints the bust or some shit.

Typical people you see around a cheap hotel but it's not in a neighborhood and you don't even have to park at the hotel of you want. Tons of parking if you get my drift due to location.
