Cross listings
It seems to me that cross listing of kgirls over different agency is down since November.
It might be due to what happened in Boston last month?
One of my favorite is gone from CGLA.
She is only available in Garden-K-S.
Don't want to go thru validation process with GKS.
Not happy.
I just find it sad that for some odd reason the anonymity afforded by an online platform just brings out the worst in people. The misogynistic vitriol of the past few pages just underscores this horrible reality. I'm not going to get into it due to posting guidelines, but just throwing this out into the nebulous interwebs "Be better people. ".
Well said.
Common items mentioned by more than a few:
1) hobbyists showing up drugged out which leads to rough-housing and not respecting boundaries.
2) hygiene issues.
3) stalkers, customers who think its a dating service and can't take no for an answer. (remember Crystal / Esther / Suri? She left because a viet guy would not leave her alone.).
4) "customah talk too much internet" (this one I've heard countless times, A bit odd, but I guess we have a reputation of sharing too much info on boards which they often read. I don't see the logic of this as more info = more customers will go see girls, but I guess it can be bad too).
BTW, San Mateo is not as stacked lately and one of the common themes is that apparently a lot of Indian customers hobby in San Mateo and Right Guard and Old Spice are unknown which leads to some intense BO, which leads to unhappy girls who can't stand an hour with the odor.
Yes! I have been told that some girls do read the content of this board on casual basis and they hate seeing posts about themselves. So, I guess that as much we talked about them, they talk about us among themselves in certain extent.

Don't hate the messenger. See the girls in the bay and ask them yourself.
I have had many kgirls bring up #1 and #2 without me even asking. For example when I'm awkwardly out of things to say I say how do you like SD, great weather huh and 1 out of 3 times they say it's way better than LA. When I ask, it's the same three things over and over: 1) Drugged customers that act bad, 2) Dirty customers, 3) The area is super shitty and smells like piss (specifically KTown, because I used to live LA and reassure them the rest of LA is better). OC and SD are always way better in comparison, have not had one single girl say it was close or the other way. My favorite girl refuses to go LA ever again even though she literally lives there. It doesn't matter if there's more money there or not, and she's been doing this for years.
I've never heard about the other points but I suppose girls want to make money without drawing attention. I always mention girls I think are good but never hype them up because some guys are looking for the wrong thing. There are a few occasional TER reviews that are disturbing. I don't judge what people want, except that we do have to respect boundaries as decent people. We don't want to screw over this good thing we have. That means no drama, be clean and stay within agreed boundaries, and no nonconsensual acts during sex. Pretty simple, it's a lot of fun if you can follow the bare minimum.
Forgot to mention. I did my best to list some talking points to 2 Bay Area girls about how great LA is. We might see 1 of them very soon.
But another theme I encountered is that alot of the Bay girls see LA as a place to do a quick tour, make quick money, go back. More than a few pointed out that they are well aware of the escalating rates in LAand are keen to it.
(Look for new OC girls. Bay girls are being told that OC customers are not as bad as LA and so you will probably see top Bay girls go there first to scope it out.).
Business is probably slower in OC though. Seems like Kgirls only goto OC if they can't get any traction in LA.

Less volume too though so can't really make the bag they want before visa runs out.

I told them that it's expected because SD is a popular destination for retirees.

In addition, it's SOP for them to report back to the booker about the client. Moreover, some girls will individually take quick memos on mongers of note, both good and bad.

I would imagine there is a level of competitiveness / jealousy between the providers so if there is a client who is a "gem" they may keep things to themselves or compare experiences as opposed to terrible clients where they want to spread the word.

Not happy.
So would that mean that CGLA is the "danger zone" if GKS doesn't want to risk their provider advertising with them too? Sounds like that assumption might be a stretch, but who knows. I wonder if it is as simple as the provider wanting to stick with one agency. Not sure how it works for them to prefer an agency over another, maybe word of mouth or whichever is more professional in their eyes?

OC SIMPs
OC is known to have mongers that will overpay and be low maintenance in the sack (cum in 10 minutes and leave). Mongers that never leave that OC bubble. Also, on the higher end you get a lot more white low key kind professional men that I think most girls prefer. From Kgirls, HX girls, motel cumdumps, to street hoes it is all the same.
LA has more cosmopolitan, worldly, street smart, whatever mongers that have higher expectations for sex workers and that means more work for the girls to service them to those expectations.

They talk, obviously. Others may build friendship and camaraderie as roommates. Again, they talk. Competitiveness and jealousy depends on the girls and their relationship with each other. I've been at the receiving ends of both. Some girls will recommend or introduce (if they are roommates) you. Others will be irate and irrational if they find you seeing another girl. The latter is hard to determine until you reach the point of no return.
I'm not aware of any particular chat groups per se. But it isn't hard to imagine one or more forming for kgirls that plan to (over) stay for a long time. They need to establish a roster of regulars for themselves and cater to their preference to ensure the honeymoon phase continues as long as possible and restrain the allure of seeing new girls.
I wouldn't get too hung up on this aspect of mongering, they talk and we talk. This only matters when you want OTC and what you do during OTC reaches other girls. But for most of us, this is only a small snippet that doesn't affect our mongering ways, unless you are the one causing trouble.

Not happy.
Could also be the relationship the girls have with the bookers themselves. Some just don't get along for some reason or another. While I agree that cross listing has been a godsend for most of us, this wasn't the case a few years back when each booker had their own girls. It was just a fact of mongering that if you weren't with a booker, you couldn't see that girl. That's why I still advocate for those that do it to branch out as much as you can to get coverage just in case. I mean there is still exclusivity with a few girls, Hana with Sesang and Amber, Stella with GKS, and Sexy Shannon with SAG.
My own speculation for the advent of cross listing was to mimic what CV provided to bookers: a one stop platform to provide exposure to your audience and get as many eyes as possible on the girls. You still hand to get vetted for a particular booker but CV acted as a market place to exchange information and detail for that last mile booking procedure. Cross listing is their ad hoc answer to the death of CV. In reality, behind the scenes the process that the girls do are the same as pre-CV, they have contracts with a specific boss and their associated booker, but the bookers relented into sharing the info as it was best choice in terms of earning potential. So depending on who you book through, that booker takes the cut for that specific appointment.
