Massage Parlor Reports

Anybody else hear about the new license that all spas, barbers, tattoo parlors, and massage stores are now required to get? It's due by July first in New Haven. They are even going to do annual inspections and check to make sure everyone working has a CT massage license. If not, the store will be shut down. This unfortunately will be a problem for many of our favorite spots in New Haven. It will be interesting to see what happens. In my opinion this will have a very negative impact on businesses in the city.

Isn't the local or state health dept responsible to check licensing and not LE?
