They could ask you about it but unless you literally type "I would like to pay you 200 dollars in exchange for sexual acts", they don't have anything on you as long as you deny ever committing a crime. But they almost certainly won't, unless the cops up here have WAY more free time and funding than where I'm from.

But yeah, using a prepaid phone is definitely the way to go. Not really because of the above scenario, but for several other reasons that you point out. Legal Jeopardy?
