I have now been in hobby barely over a year and I have probably only seen one other ad offering specials like that. No amount of investigating is too much in this hobby. Now I do have one question. When you say "the top photo", which one are you referring to? The one on left or right? Since so many reports are "avoid this one", and those ads tend to not last long on BP etc and lead to a dead link, how about adding the ad's title to your post in addition to your link and description? After an ad is no longer live, it can be tough to tell who you were talking about.

Given the right settings it is rather convenient to have a hobby number for free. I tried the hobby phone for a bit but its a monthly fee or expensive minutes that expire, then theres that "other" phone you have to keep hidden. If you just change chips its a PITA to keep changing it out.

Besides most of those numbers come up as L3, XO and the like.
