Sorry for the bad review but had to get it out there. Booked an appointment with Ang asked if he was available for an hour at 5:30 or 6:00 which ever worked best for her. "No worries 1 h at 5:30 get there and there's a lot of cars, ask if they are too busy for me to see her "no no come right in wait here I go see her" (down stairs) Mind you I have seen Angela 4 or 5 times Lulu once when she was here. Really just awful service unless I somehow get Summer or another veteran. I text or call first, ask who's working, request who I want and they say great. When I get there I get the runaround and some replacement masseuse. They say "you call?" Etc and pretend like they don't know what I'm talking about. Then eventually Summer comes in and says "Why didn't you text me? Uhh yeah I did. So frustrating.
If they're busy enough they don't give a shit about regular clients. Found this out the hard way. I have gotten up off the table and threatened to leave many times in the last year. Too many times for my liking.
Still like a couple of Tham and Watertown places but no spa has been 100% reliable lately. I guess the key is to have a lot of free time so you can go and wait or go and come back.
