1. Backup everything on my apple account.

2 Create a new apple account.

3. Reset my iphone and use the new account, w / new apple I'd and everything.

4. Use new email.

5. Use new credit card.

The fact that they are bulling this BS leads me to believe they are having some serious turn-over/churn issues. I was getting quite a few offers for reasonably steep discounts to renew my membership over the summer.

In 2014 SA was about $40 a month to sign up for, now its about a $100 and not worth it, IMO. You're essentially paying for an enhanced version of backpage but they have your credit card info.

SA needs to lower its price or do something to get these pic sellers off their site. its more or less a defacto marketing platform for these gen Z girls and their pic selling business.

I am going to hold off on SA until the pandemic is offiially over (if it ever happens..) or atleast try to. everything fkn sucks these days.

Your account will still be active for the month you currently paid and it'll go back to a free unpaid account after that. That's what I've always done. I'll upgrade for a month, instantly cancel the auto-renew, and I get 30 days to use messaging. For example right now mine is set to expire on the 4th. After that I still have my account, I just can't send and receive messages. They changed it a month or two ago to make it more confusing, but you can still just jump on and off for as long as you want and keep your account.

-Obviously you can just create a new bank account and opt out of any paper statements.

-Link your CashApp to a brokerage account like robinhood or fidelity, just use the ACH # and routing #.

I have had several accounts and come and gone from the site and I notice that my new accounts still have the old accounts I blocked 'before' blocked with my new account.
