I've actually passed on this one several times too. Just got done playing a round with Mandy yes her phone is working again. The course is great for playing as always.

I am new and not familiar with Mandy. I have probably seen her up and down the strip a few times but did not know who she was or what she looks like. I was out this am and saw a thin decent looking 20 something brunette walking south on 34th from 5th ave to central. She was wearing jean shorts and a black shirt. She went west on central, down a block and north again back into the neighborhood before she was scooped. I did a few passes of course following the rules.
