Spa Yi has always been a mediocre spot (and often times worse), both based on my experience and the posts on here. No idea how places like this stay open really.

The tech Vivian? Complained about everything for the whole time. I was just chilling and she complained about how cramped it was, complained about tips, etc. Funny thing, I wanted an hour for $30.00, but left after 25 minutes so I paid for a half hour which is $20.00...Then she wanted a tip! I always love how a Asian place can give crappy service and then expect a tip and when they don't get it, try to make you feel cheap or say something.
My vote is to stay away from this place.
