I believe her name was Michelle. It was a couple weeks ago. She was on us19 and 52nd at 6am. I would probably say late thirties early forties, dirty blonde, tall (I don't think she was 6 foot) , smelled of alcohol a little. Probably an all night bender. I am at a loss on how to answer you questions. To call her 'fugly', I don't know, that is at the very far end of the looks spectrum. She was def 4-5 on SW scale. As for her teeth, I never noticed them being "buck toothed". Granted I rarely drink and had a few rum and cokes in me so my perception might have been off a little.
