And what are the cops following you going to do when you get there? What evidence of a crime do they have? If they were citing you for picking up an SW why would they wait 10 miles to do do? If you had a security gate and went inside of it, could they enter and hassle you sans warrant? This just doesn't make sense.

I've been staying in LA for the past month. I'm a 15 year mongering vet from the NW. I'm the king there of mongers and the females know it, they see me out on the stroll and they come by the dozens. The strolls there (Seattle,tacoma,portland) my not be as plenty full as I've seen here put it is done different and I have such a better time there. If you are looking for a good vacation spot, there are so many places better than LA, it's shocking. Check out the OC or inland empire boards, those guys are having waay less hassles. Then check out SGV MPs. If you want to go out of the country, there's TJ, Costa Rica, Peru, etc.

All are major improvements over the LA scene. I'm shocked at how LA got to be so bad.

It is easier for girls to go to Vegas and sit around a casino all night and make a few hundred then to be on the street.

Cl has cut into the street scene a little allowing anyone to post a free ad while cutting the amateur quality down to a near zero most ad's on cl are streetwalkers charging more or agency's or rob's.

Lackluster LE or a shift in enforcement priorities causes the girls to go where le is light, a good example of this is Long Beach Blvd. It picked up steam until the Sheriff decided the easiest way to clean up the area was to hold the girls there full sentence, this caused a dramatic decrease in both the available girls due to arrest and the girls willing to work that track.

Amp scene slowed down as well due to le, not that amp girls are gonna hit the track, but if there's less options more guys will go where they can get it.

Some girls actually wake up and realize that there getting pimped and quit doing it there are many factors that contribute to track degradation.

So basically this was just harassment. It is similar to the tactics used by Hollywood PD when Sunset was a major stroll, where they would throw on the lights, stop you, give you a field sobriety test, which they then claimed you failed. After being cuffed and put in the car and taken to the station, they would give you the breathalyzer, which of course showed you weren't inebriated, and they would release you.

Mayor V. wants to be governor. Californians are a hard group to peg overall and being weak on crime is a sure way to not get elected to statewide office. Working with Bratton and being able to claim a reduction in crime(particularly murder as backed by statistics) and having the people believe it because the most visible crime there is(streetwalking prostitutes) is greatly diminished, is something that benefits Mayor V. a great deal in pursuit of statewide office. Street action is pretty harsh at this point. There are the few exceptions, but those seem to be only temporary. For instance, up until a couple weeks ago, Sepulveda in Van Nuys and Sherman Oaks was the easiest place to pick up a decent looking sw, but only for a couple months.

My advice is to use review resources to find out the more reliable and more attractive girls on cl.

Short of that, read the downtown LA, Long Beach, Pomona, OC, and SF Valley sw and general report section and prepare to do lots of driving.

I think Figueroa needs a well deserved break from action, the absence of Quality Mongers in order to bring a sense of reality back to the girls working the track. That said if you want to cruise the track I at least want to make sure you hit areas with action on it. One of the most heavily patrolled areas in LAPD areas is the Section of Figueroa near USC that is loaded with USC kids and restaurants, you can find at least 4-5 cars in this 3 block area at all times. I think singling out a single group of people as the worst offenders is a low blow considering this discussion is not about welfare but mongering. I came into town this past week.
