If you are talking strictly about hour rates, you can find good providers for 200 or under but don't expect a model.

A couple years ago I had the same problems with TER and ripoff reviews. It was so hard getting them to post the reviews WTF they always had some different reason why my review was not been excepted. I've actually since those issues stop using TER review website for the past year. One time they posted my review after a lot of back and forth bickering then came back to me and said the provider in question did not agree with my review and removed it. I guess not she got paid for a ripoff or shity service did they really expect her to agree? That being said I no longer subscribe or post reviews, I only use the site for reference.

CL is just simply a joke to deal with. If somebody does not like what you post they can flag you and have it removed. They charge for the post but don't refund you for the flag.

IMHO for me the best thing is first do alot of research to keep from getting ripoffs/bad service. Then definitely post ripoffs/bad service here for others to see.

No CL doesn't remove an ad from one person flagging, but many providers are hateful b****es and flag each other hoping to get some ads removed, especially those who compete with them.
