Here's a good way for the ladies to look at rates
Your pal Three-Part Mikey has had more than a few types of employment in my time. I tend to find the old "Rules of the Bench" work best.
1) Figure out how much money you need to make AND how much you want to make, since they are not always the same thing.
2) Always make the money you need first THEN worry the money you want.
3) Never forget you have competition for your clientel's business. Always approach your business as if you need to win them over all over again everytime your service them. Otherwise you will lose more business to your competion than you retain, at least half of which will never give you a second chance, and whose negative word of mouth may ultimately sink your business.
3) Let you "bench" dictate your prices.
A) if you have too little work on your bench to make the money you need, you lower your rates until you meet that goal.
B) if you have too much work on your "bench" RAISE YOUR RATES
1) people who value your quality and craftsmanship will pay for it.
2) if you fail to meet commitments, or can't provide realistic delivery dates, your custom service reputation suffers; raising your rates at reasonable intervals untill you hit your "how much I want to make" point of equalibrium weeds out customers who's objective is strictly pricepoint. An industrial manufacture can afford to chase pricepoint, an artisan and craftsman cannot.
3) treat all potential customers with respect; even if you think they are cheap bastards, they may be willing to mee your rate at a later date, so you shouldn't poison that well. You may need their business later.
The goal is to learn to manage the ebb and flow of the economy specific to a core customer base that is loyal and believes that your prices are reasonable and fair. If you deliver on service and quality, you can demand high fees and your core customers will GALDLY pay them. Provide niche or unique services they can get no where else on top of that and the sky is nearly the limit.
Take customers for granted, and you shouldn't be surprised when your "bench" is empty and your business folds. Fail to cultivate repeat business and you will reap what you sow.
And lastly, if you are not willing to negotiate or hagle, please make that clear up front, rather than expecting us to assume.

And guys, if you think someone is too steep, simply don't patronize them. No need to argue against their reasoning for the rate they charge. Either they will come around to your pricepoint eventually, they are in the wrong biz and will eventually seek alternative employment, or they simply have a product you cannot afford. You may also find that they will be more receptive to your negotiations if you have at least patronized their services one at their stated rates. At least them they have to acknowledge that you do, in fact, know what you are talking about.

Two Different Reviewers for Tessa/Strawberrie
I did some research, and the two reviewers that posted about Strawberrie/Tessa are clearly not the same person. It's two different reviewers.
The first reviewer has posted eight times, twice in Orlando (Tessa and Tinaa), and the rest in Phoenix (Tender, Brook, Casey, Danielle, Julia, and Melaine).
He only gave one other escort the same performance score as he gave Tessa/Strawberrie (5-Average), and that was Tender from Phoenix. All the other escorts got higher ratings, not the type of guy that gives everyone a bad review.
The second one has posted 16 reviews, all from Orlando. Of all his reviews, he only gave one other escort the same score he gave Tessa/Strawberrie (4-Just Laid There), and to one other escort he gave a 2. All the other escorts had higher ratings, so he also is not the type to give negative ratings to everyone.
The first reviewer also had this to say:

Bizarre experience--am I paranoid or is she? U-guys tell me!
OK, I e-mail this chick by the airport, she responds immediately $250 Hr., $400 2-HR's. I respond offering $200 HR., she graciously accepts. She sends me her number, I set a time, she sends me the address of the hotel and I head out. It turns out to be a 54 mile ride-no problem she is hot looking and sounds like a Valley girl on the phone. On the way there she keeps calling me to see how close I am.( This is about an hour and 15 min.ride at the least) When I'm almost there she calls me to tell me to put the donation in an envelope under some telephone books in a computer room off the lobby and come right up to the room and she'll come down with me after and pick it up,WHOA HORSEY, I tell her I'm an old pro and I'll handle it as smooth as silk and she has nothing to worry about, she says no she doesn't want any money in the room, just in case, because I came off Craigs List and she is a traveling girl and does not want any problems, so I could just put the money in an envelope give it to the front desk under the name Katherine Williams Rm 526 and then come to the room and she will have already checked with the desk and then we could "hang Out".
So I head for the room and she calls me as soon as I step in the elevator and ask 's if I've left the money, I said no and she hangs up, I knock on the door and no answer and she calls me and said if I don't do as she say's --"No Hanging out". I respond "just open the door , say hello so I can see your for real and in the room and then I'll go to the desk, she refuses and said "your playing games with me" she hangs up. I leave with my $200 in my pocket,feeling good that I didn't get scammed, I can always get laid but if I get conned it will eat me up.

Personally this is what I think: She is either extremely paranoid( unlikely if she is a traveling girl from California )which is how her first ad read, the link ad has been altered, said she is here for a week and is alone in the hotel( strange verbiage) butttt her phone is (407) 326-4091, why would a girl get a phone to use for a week? Or this is a total scam, or she is not the girl in the picture and once you've paid , how do you get the money back? My guess is that an accomplice picks up the money and your left with your finger up your ass. SCAM ALERT: After I wrote this report just for the hell of it I Googled the tel # and lo and behold up pops a scam alert from a gay ad in west palm beach using the same dialogue on the prices and the same telephone number!!!! So it is definitely a scam and I've saved $200 and hopefully saved some other guys as well, next time I'll run the # first--VS

My comment was not at all about you. I was commenting on the style (and not the content) of Bankshot's review - it was short, sweet and got right to the point.
As for a "real ride", I have never even seen your picture but I can tell you right now that I am not interested. On these forums, consensus rules. So I throw out the best reviews (yours) and the worst reviews (a girl can have an off day) to see what the general consensus is before forming an opinion.
Read back into this forum and you will see that a number of very well respected Orlando members have posted generally "unhappy" experiences. Personally, I look for providers where nearly "everyone leaves happy" as chances are I will, too.
My advice is worth exactly what you paid for it - nothing! But I would humbly suggest the fastest way for a provider to improve her reputation is by improving the quality of service. Continuing to argue with posters who call it like they see it is quite franky - demeaning. It makes you appear like one of the bitchy wives and girlfriends that most hobbyists seek to escape from rather a pleasant distraction we might seek out for some temporary sanity. Good Luck!

I'm guessing enough fellas have fallen off the turnip truck that she makes a pretty good haul. Surprised that she is doing her scamming in Orlando rather than in Mt. Pilot, Yeehaw Junction or Crabwell Corners. I'll ask Deputy Fife to investigate.
