Many guys are giving. 2 - .4 at most for a lady to give a handshake to the little fellow. Your post almost sound like a self-post from a lovely lady since not only are you careful to not indicate any service received, but you claim to tip an amount so much higher than market it's almost laughable.

Also, I felt no need to give details and repeat what the last two posters had to say. Some people can afford to be generous and some can't. To each his own.
