I can't see any plausible way there would be a risk as you described, unless the hypothetical "previous client" you allude to was standing there next to you and blew his load on her breast and you lapped it up immediately afterwards (literally). I don't do anything without protection and I still get tested afterwards, things such as finger a provider, massage worker, striper, or use same condom for oral and intercourse I go get tested.
