Hate the location. The parking lot has only two possible parking spaces that aren't for Tenants or Handicapped, and of course they're full. Instead I had to park in front of a nosy neighbor's house with "Neighborhood Watch" signs. The AMP is also right up close to the street at a stoplight, so you have to take a major walk of shame to get into the place with a lot of people in cars staring at you. Not ideal. If I lived nearby, I wouldn't do it.

Place was seedy, run down inside. . 6 door. Drew Lulu. Cuter / younger than average AMP girl, definitely not an asian grandma. Massage quality was Ok, middle of the pack. Not awesome but not one of those horrible untrained rubs you sometimes find.

Pretty nice body, super soft skin, nice stomach, no rolls. Roaming encouraged. Placed my hands on her boobs immediately after the flip. Didn't take any clothes off fully, but let the girls pop out of her bra.

Standard finish, which was OK. Kinda hoped for more but rarely do I ever find more available at the Amps.

Minor nitpicks:

Interruptions- MT answering the door three times.

Tipping. No negotiations on the flip thank god, but wasn't afraid to ask for more.

I tip more than standard mostly to the ones with the superior massage skills, or if they're super flirty and fun and kiss and and giggle and act "girlfriendy" instead of cold and indifferent. Or if they remove some clothes and / or have other menu items. Basically if they go the extra mile somehow.

I gave an extra 10 when she asked for more. She went perhaps an extra half-mile perhaps by letting me half-see her rack. I shoulda made it an extra 5 since I only saw half boobs.

So overall a decent experience, the good and the bad kind of balanced out at "average". It'll work in a pinch, especially if you're more into the age of the girl over the massage quality.

Then there were two more who were trafficked girls just looking to go someplace besides living in the spa. One I took go cart racing. The other we never got to go out, the mamasan put a stop to that. I only did a hh with her because in my oast experience if you gwt more than the usual HJ your time is cut sinifcantly!

If anyone is interested, they are open again. Seems to be same workers, but under new management. Decent massage, ever so slightly sensual and you know what to expect on the flip, no need for negotiation. That's one of the better parts, they know what they should expect and seem happy with that. There was a girl there named Coco and apparently an undercover had shown up the day before. She must have propositioned him because a detective came knocking.

I was there butt ass naked and Coco trying to get me to pony up the dough. I didn't like how aggressive she was and wasn't keen on it but I gave her the greens and she started. You would think with all the parlors around you would be able to walk in and get a massage. I will try again next week.
