Jenny Spa got a visit from the city of Beavercreek this morning.

Zoning official and police.

I would guess that Jenny will not be around anymore.

Has anyone tried Moonrise Healing Arts in Kettering / Centerville? I assume fully legit.

Stopped by one morning this week. Been awhile. Older lady and a good massage. Left happy. 40 + 40.

I got undressed and laid down. I was actually surprised how good the massage was. 8/10. Lots of heavy roaming was allowed, also plenty of teasing. On the flip, was great as well. Left Happy with a few kinks worked out. This news fucking sucks! Can anyone confirm the outcome of the visit?

This is my first report, so I wanted to use it to recommend Lacie.

To schedule with her you have to have seen her previously which I get for safety reasons, but I will say if you get in it's totally worh it. She looks amazing and has it going on in all the right places. Her massage is good and is very receptive to instruction on where to focus if you have an old injury or tension. She knows what she's doing. Her attitude is also top notch. The other thing I would mention is over the time I started seeing her she's changed a lot physically. She use to have more weight on her which never bothers me, but you can really tell she worked on it and it's evident in her new pics. You really can't go wrong with her.

All I can say is wow. This girl is absolutely gorgeous if you can get in, see her. For a massage it definitely is pricey. I sold a few business and said I have a little play money so why not. I was expecting the worst to be honest. So I figured I would take the small massage and roll out. As soon as I walked in I was like, no way. I'm taking advantage of this. This girl would bank if she did more. She has her rules and sticks to them 100% . I tried to offer more, she declined. Haha. I left very happy and want to go back right now for another massage, haha. The hottest girl I've seen in this area for a long time. You won't be disappointed at all.

I wasn't a fan of Devon, but Lacie was on par with Jade. There were a few negatives: pricing similar to Dawn's, but you only get half hr sessions. Appointments are stacked, there is no real massage and no chance for anything more than you could get at Dawn's. At Dawn's you would get a real, hour-long massage with some teasing building up to the finish. Not here. The biggest negative for me was after. She tossed me a little box of Kleenex for the cleanup. With all of the oil and other stuff, it wasn't enough. The circumstances were such that I couldn't clean up adequately before dressing so I had to toss my clothes in the laundry as soon as I got home. It makes me miss Dawn/Bella's office with it's professional, drama-free operation.

Still, she is hot. If I repeat, I'll bring my own towel.

A girl answered and said they were busy at the moment and to come in later.

By the sounds of that it was business as usual.

I am surprised because I can report that the zoning official was telling the working girl that all of them needed licenses, etc. The girl said she didn't understand, and called the boss and put them on speaker phone for the zoning official to talk to.

The zoning official was escorted in by a female policeman.

I did drive by about 4 pm and the Open sign was lit. One car out front, License plate

Creek did pass some zoning regulations that I think has been covered in this forum at the time but as a reminder: Beavercreek city council members voted on Sept. 28 on a plan to require any massage business in the Greene County city that does not use massage therapists licensed by the state to register with the city and provide a list of employees. All new employees at a spa that does not use licensed massage therapists must be registered with the city within a month of their start date. A business must renew its registration every year. They are probably checking compliance and will try to shut them down if they fail to comply.
