It seems like it would be a catch 22. On the one hand you know they are legit but on the other hand they could be freaked out by being arrested and may be cooperating with LE.

Interesting question but I would never try to contact anyone from mug shot info. Even if a home address is listed, what are you going to do? Show up at the person's house and try to explain that you're a monger just looking for a good time? LOL. I think if you put yourself in their shoes you'll have your answer.
The few women that I have seen on LE sites who had gone back to work later were more cautious than ever, and that's taking into consideration we knew each other pretty well.
