On the rare occasion when they are "real", they are always either taken years ago, or photoshopped to improve the appearance. There are a few exceptions that I know of but you should always be surprised to find the girl that you see is the same of pictured in the ad.

This is one exception. This is a real picture of the actual person that you can expect to see and is reasonably current. Of course, it's only a headshot and she only offers upsell Thai HJ service.
