You can always double the time for double the rent, if you want. Just let them know at the window, and pay rent accordingly.

At NDS, it's bit more flexible, and negotiations are sometimes required, if you don't just hand over the full rent, up front. If you start with the normal 60 minute fee, and then add on services "a la cart", it can be a little annoying.
