This was the feds and their investigation that started in 2020. With that much homework, going through trash, getting customers for interrogation, bank trails etc, there is virtually no way that guy in the report didn't have shops stood up in Los Angeles. Someone (s) definitely going to pay the piper. That said, the market and population for mongers is DEEP here. I would be surprised if they chose to prosecute johns.
