I've owned 3 pieces for a while until I sold 1 of them last year. I still can't believe the parties weren't on drugs since they payed me 10 x what I payed only 18 months before. I figured since they wanted it so bad and so quick something would happen right away. Nothing! It's been almost a year now and the property is exactly the same as when I owned it. It's not my business what there plans are but I know there's only a few options because of the zoning laws.

My other 2 properties are a little larger and I've had a lot of interest in 1 of them but the other 1 I've had no bites at all.
