1333 Conn. Ave./Dupont Therapy
I hit 1333 Conn. Ave./Dupont Therapy for the first time yesterday. Maybe I should have RTFF more closely, but what's with the 4 flights of rickety stairs in that place?
Anyway, I huffed and puffed my way up and was greeted by the mamasan wearing an apron.- she was cooking something in the kitchen at the time.
I liked the layout of the place as it felt like a real apartment apart from the shower room.
I drew Jennifer. Older, probably 35, attractive, a bit thin and lanky, unenhanced but with fantastic nips! A bit businesslike which was probably not helped by my somewhat uncommunicative mood yesterday.
On the way to the shower I spotted someone more to my liking but was too shy to ask who it was: Short, kinky, curly hair, tan, probably also 35 but cute.
I would go back if I could see that woman.
Anyway, average session, asked for tip first and I gave $1.2 and things were off with normal service with a bare minimum of fake lovey-dovey stuff.
Not the worst I've ever had but not the best either. And after the session, there was no attempt to run out the clock for the full hour.- I thought I took too long but my whole visit was under 42 minutes.
YMMV!
A few factors to consider
The simple fact of the matter is the scene is getting too old, too fast. Every year that passes it is harder and harder to find decent therapists below even 35 years old. I feel like people in D. C. Don't really fight against this trend but instead adopt a "well, it's good to have an experienced provider" or "older women provide better service" attitude.
Well, pardon me for liking what I like. And, I don't think I'm the only one who likes older providers. Your tastes are obviously different from a lot of other people on this board. But, it's quite a leap of logic to just say (rather presumptuously, I might add) that people in DC have simply surrendered the fight and accept what's given to them. (It's easy to judge others when you're standing on Mount Olympus.)
Why is it spas near Woodbridge or spas near Baltimore can get younger therapists?
Well, those areas are further out for us, in the DC Metro area, but it might be that these areas are a LOT closer in for the girls that actually work there. Rent is lower in the areas you mention than it is in the DC area. That could explain your hypothesis. Think about it. It's not mismanagement, but more likely shrewd management. Older providers will gather more customers in the DC area, where more mongers prefer them. The younger gals will gather just as many customers in Woodbridge or B'more as they will in DC. So, as an AMP operator, it makes sense to place your assets where they will generate maximum revenue. And, it might also be that the providers themselves work where they do because it's their preference. Again, this is perhaps largely due to rent and housing prices. Younger providers may not be able to afford something closer in, while the older providers may very likely be able to afford to live (and work) in the DC Metro area. Just a couple observations that go beyond a simplistic "right angle" type of reasoning. Hope that helps.
