For a couple of blocks east & west of the intersection of Ponce & Boulvard / Monroe, you can almost always find skanky FEMALE W & BSWs. They often stay at the Ponce Hotel, and score drugs at those apartments by the Taco Bell. If you see a nice looking lady in that area, she's most likely a sting.

Further west on Ponce, around Piedmont, you may find an occadional skanky female, but if she's halfway decent looking at all, chances are she's a tranny. The best way to spot trannies. If they're wearing typical "ho" looking clothes, they're most likely men (playing dress up is part of the thrill for them). Real chicks will be wearing ordinary jeans, Tshirts, etc.

They are pay to play? I figured places like that pretty much kept out single males that don't look like movie stars.
