Massage Parlor Reports

So I can't help but notice that over the last few months quite a few of the massage places have all begun posting daily with ads that all fit the same format of promising service, pictures of girls, and a note about being an agency.

Was there a recent acquisition that put all these spas under the same owner?

Also I'm wondering, how frequently does the APD actually intervene in the business here in town. I've read articles now and then about stings, but largely never actually seen any evidence of crackdowns in the last decade.

Lately the ads and various personalities on the forum have become much more egregious which should be troubling to most of us but well, you know. I.

Of the opinion that APD doesn't intervene unless they are called for a disturbance or if trafficking is suspected. I am treading lightly around the AMP's these days.

I'm also wondering if these people understand the degree to which the obvious shill reports are probably going to hurt their business.

There's some long timers I'd mostly trust on here, but I'm not really inclined to visit a parlor that most multiple fake reviews weekly.

I saw those for the Juneau section and there isn't anything out here (I've checked).

Of there also legit I'm about to hit up those ads fast.

Anchorage AMPs have become a refuge for those of us longing for the Hobby's *halcyon* days in Anchorage, when we actually had quality choices in providers. To be sure, the monthly turnover in AMP staffing generates uncertainty and divergence in quality of service. However, if you don't like the vibe you're getting during the massage, you're NOT required to partake in the extras. However, IMHO the AMPs are safe and generally reliable, as are most of the reviews posted in this forum.
