You can try seeking for 30 days to gather info after filtering out the crap.
I found there are very few new members within 20 miles of Htfd. Each site allows you to find new, rather than recently online, members. There are girls who've been there for 5-10 years. Professional daters and hookers. So, for my needs it's not worth the effort but it can change by Fall or Winter. You'll need to read through the experiences of others here, too, and there are plenty of great tips.

They should have women who join kick in a fee just as guys do. Maybe that would reduce the number of scammers and spammers.

BMD.[/QUOTE]Another issue I have with the site design is they allow users to Favorite and Send and Read messages WITHOUT viewing your profile. Yes I know there is an option for premium members to suppress that, but most SBs are not premium. The first thing I check is whether or not they have viewed my profile and when last, if not I consider them spam / scam most likely.
Also I hate the time wasters, asking to see my pictures, then later reading my reply back, but never actually viewing my profile or pictures.

Secretbenefits you pay with tokens. 10 to read a message, 10 to Boost it, 10 to get a read receipt. Total scam.

I noticed and wrote about that here 1 or 2 years ago. Why is someone favoriting me without viewing my profile? I learned fast that those were the bs scammers. I still have points to burn on WYP but I'm in no rush. As for SA, I'll sign up when I start seeing more legit newbies joining this Fall or Winter.
