Either the cops or landlord will just send some undercover people over to verify exactly how far they go. MMS said the new place is decorated and will be opening soon. Not sure I'm likely to go though if its the same owner and they already have a lot of heat on them.

Location didn't matter since they hit up Thousand Oaks and OC so multiple counties involved, all coordinated on the same day (and time, most likely too).

It seemed I could see inside.

I was in traffic, only had a moment to look over at it, and that is what I think I saw.

Landlord, not sure what they can do. I'm sure, it is dependent on the lease / rental contract. Maybe a month or two ago, the broker was looking for a 5 year agreement on the unit. Who knows what the actual terms were / are.

Likely some kind of nuisance clause, is my guess and landlord will just terminate the lease. Being the parlor is not legit, it would be doubtful they would fight the termination in court. Landlord might give some consideration, maybe security deposit in return for a release of liability of some kind.

LE, maybe they could send in UC's. Doubt they are all that interested. They sent their message by showing up in person. The owners likely understood the message, not there! Maybe not anywhere in Santa Ana.

Those planters, they are not at the spa Royal location, not at all. Not sure which location it is, at this moment.

In any case, I wouldn't be surprised if those guys got a visit police or otherwise.
