Most people here would agree that the "cop check" is a ritual (although one person calls it foreplay). I'd guess that even asking a decoy if they needed a ride might be sufficient to get arrested if LE was below arrest quota on any given day. Yes, they do lie. Have had early meetings everyday this week and have cruised Conkling around 7:30am or so. Results were mixed, at best. Mon, Wed, and Fri there was little to no activity.
