hi all - I realize that this belongs somewhere else but I didn't want anyone to miss it. With the state of RI fun in the dumper this describes what any one of us will be pleading for when we're done. You might want to check the Springfield board, there was a simultaneous raid and shutdown of 8 AMPs in the area, which I think offered only HJ.
A quick look at RI crime stats shows a spike from 2004 to 2005: violent crimes (murder, rape, robbery, agg assault) went up from around 1600 to 2600. That is where it has stayed more or less, since then. 2007 had appx 2500.
Clearly things are perfectly fine and hunky-dory in RI and cops need more to do. Obviously all the rapes and killings and shootings at the amps need their attention more than the drug dealing gang members and their associated violent crimes. They've got that part under control. It's those pesky amps need screwing with. See ya in jail... jxx

I know we're all disappointed and pissed, but enough with the politics and fantasies about sex clubs. Let's get back to why we're here: getting nonsexual body rubs from semi-trained young women.
One of the spas heavily reviewed on here was open at least as of Thursday. Drew "Julie" (I think). Tall, thin, cute face. TS was mediocre: used the sprayer instead of the bucket. The massage (oops, body rub) was OK by usual standards. Everything else, including quality of customer service and tip was as we have come to expect from this place.
Hoped to talk to Angie to see what management was thinking about future business, but on the way out there was only the older stricter mama was there, and she only said "don't worry! don't worry!".

The law for 24hr gambling is passed almost at the same time as the banning of indoor sex. I am wondering which one erode morality more than the other?
Why they treat them so differently?

What really bugs me is that the Lincoln track was a racetrack (dogs and simulcast horses) that was permitted to intall slot machines too. Then they started the huge (and overdone, as we now see) expansion most likely with the underlying objective of driving out the dog and horse gamblers. The shoved all the betting machines and tellers into small, hard to access areas of the building and basically discouraged any gambling other than the slot machines. Then, when the racing gamblers finally gave up, the "management" whined that the racing part of their business was losing too much money! No shit - you make it uncomfortable and inconvenient to do something of course your business is going to decline.
So now, there's 24 hour gambling and no obligation on the part of the place to offer live racing any more (and of course they'll phase out their simulcasting eventually, too)
But, the state wants to put all the spas out of business and encourage mindless slot machine gambling. Has anyone ever heard of a single incident at or in the vicinity of one of the AMPs? NO! Has anyone ever heard of anyone sticking up a liquor store or convenience store to raise enough to get a one-hour session at an AMP? NO! Has anyone ever hocked his jewelry or gone into debt to support an AMP habit? NO!
But you see all of these things with slot machine addicts - sleazy, scary people hanging out in the parking lots at Lincoln, robberies of all kinds to support gambling habits, and the used gold and pawn shops in the vicinity of casinos (mostly CT for now, but they will appear around Lincoln and Newport too) are thriving.
To me, the priorities of the RI legislature and governor are screwed up. The governor is giving the state away to the two casino operators while they do to the general population what one can't do legally at an AMP in RI any more - they're fucking them!!!
