Went inside, talked to Amy, no doubt at least in her mid 40's, conservatively dressed in ankle length pants and a fitted top, hair pulled back in ponytail, does speak some English, gave the impression of a nice hardworking lady. Amy said she was the only one there, said the name of her boss was Mei, hence the business name.

I did not conduct any business nor see anything other than the lobby, which looked clean and uncluttered and like most any other business, and when I saw they had no business cards to share, I offered to make her some. The posted pricelist showed 60 for the hour, with a note that 'ladys' and couples are invited.

Anyone seen Jenny lately? I have tried 3 times in the last month and she has not been there. I do not stay if Jenny is not available. Maybe she is on vacation.

I knew she was planning a vacation this summer but I couldn't recall the details. Most of the others ladies that Elegant seems to get either do a poor job or badger you for tips like they were hot 20 year olds. So I no longer stay if Jenny's not there.

Went to Mei Spa and got a massage from Amy she gave me a good massage with lots of teasing and a excellent ending on the flip, took me to the table shower after to clean off the oils. I'll go back soon.

Some Karen decided to write a letter to everyone in Waynedale about Cozy, this is the letter with some slight redaction and someone posted a link to this thread on the Waynedale facebook page:

Dear Neighbor,

I'm writing this letter to inform you about a bad element that has come into our community. Recently, a prostitution business has opened which is posing as a massage parlor. They operate under the name Cozy Spa and their address is _ in what used to be an Insurance office. I operate a business in the community, but I need to remain anonymous because I don't know what type of people we are dealing with, although I know it can't be good given that they are operating illegally.

This company is not registered as a business in the state of Indiana which means they are operating illegally and operating as a cash only business without paying any taxes whatsoever.

Every day I observe many men coming and going, usually staying for a short time before leaving. This happens all day, every day and into the late hours at night. I have seen at least four different Chinese women, dress provocatively in miniskirts, who never leave the premises. They must be living on site, 24 hours per day since I never see them leave. I have read that over the last year there has been an upsurge of Chinese women coming into the United States to illegally to make quick money in prostitution rings so they can send large amounts of tax-free cash back to China. I have also heard that there have been extensive human trafficking networks operating prostitution rings coming into the US. I don't know whether these women are here voluntarily or part of a human trafficking situation, but either way, this can't be good for our community.

I have contacted Fort Wayne Police to let them know of the situation, but I get the sense that this is not a priority for them, however, it should be a priority for us. Having an illegal operation of this type attracts other criminal elements, turf wars, etc. , and not enforcing the laws will only send a message to the criminal element that his is OK in Fort Wayne and will only encourage more houses of prostitution in our community. I don't want my kids to be exposed to this element and hopefully you don't either.

If you agree that this situation needs to be addressed, I encourage you to contact the Vice and Narcotics division to express your concerns as well. Thank you, A concerned neighbor.

My take:

Dear Karen, I'm not saying that you're correct about this place, I've certainly never received any illicit services there, but if you're concerned about prostitution, you need to move out of Waynedale all together. Do you think all of those motels up and down Bluffton Road and the shitty apartments in town are occupied by hard working people who totally aren't strung out on opiates 24/7? There's a busy drug house right next to the Walgreen's. Turf wars. Are you serious?

Have you seen anyone going into this place disturbing anyone? Have you noticed that the gas stations in Waynedale have armed security guards after dark? It's been that way long before this place opened and will be long after it closes. With all of the stuff already happening every day in broad daylight in Waynedale, I can only surmise that your real problem is the fact that these are "brown people" opening a business in your bright white little section of town. As to not being a legal entity, apparently in your career as a business owner, you've never heard of a DBA before.

Please stop slandering innocent immigrants just trying to earn a living. Also, they're not Chinese, but I'm guessing your bleached upbringing means you can't tell the difference between one Asian nationality and another.

It looks like an identical letter was sent to people living around another asian establishment in town. Clearly some crazy racist is on some bender to hurt the hard working asian business owners in our community.

I wonder how she (if it is a she) knows the Cozy Spa name? I don't recall the name being on the building, the writer must be familar with STG, USA or something. Maybe just someone's fat ass frigid wife that has her panties in a knot cause her man got a decent massage from a cute girl. Maybe a disgruntled customer because he couldn't get what he wanted.

Had some free time and made the trip to Marion to try out Flower. Overall a nice visit. Provider was youngish (30's) or so. A little thicker than my usual tastes, but not unattractive. Very nice set of bolt-ons to play with. English was not that great but was able to use a translation app successfully.

Massage was Ok. Nothing to brag about, but enough teasing to let me know other options were available. When the opportunity presented I started rubbing her legs, which made her giggle and she did nothing to stop me. On the flip we quickly negotiated the tip for FS. Everything was covered, but she seemed eager and willing to please. Left very happy.

Some have described the location as a little exposed. I did not find that to be the case. It's a little strip center just off the main road, tucked in behind a Subway. I actually missed it the first time I drove by, so that should give you some idea that it is fairly discreet.

As always, YMMV, but I will likely repeat.
