Lily I know you are a smart one and I would be really interested to see what BL or permit he showed you. He might have a license but I assure you it is not legal for what he is doing. This is where I don't want to violate any rules so I will be very vague. In the adult industry you have to show paperwork proving certain things that you have to comply with to produce porn. The paperwork must show all parties involved have been properly tested This paperwork is not being shown. In it is very evident in every one of the videos with the owner and the girls nothing is safe. One of the models whose name has been popular on this board lately is in his videos. My problem with this guy is the way he is attracting these girls. I'm not a judge and I apologize for judging the guy but when you approach this younger crowd of inexperienced girls and feed them the bs of making it big in the industry its hurting them. I've been following the bust situation over on NR, and have a question that I have never seen the answer to. We all know (or should) that anyone can turn and set up people, and you can be set up by LE alone.
But how about your past activities. Say a provider is caught doing something and LE wants to look at past clents, but no one takes the bait. Can they come down based upon past emails, texts, voicemails, etc. Or do they actually have to catch someone in the act?
