The original post and my recommendation for Coffee was regarding Four Seasons Health Spa in Fullerton, not Four Seasons in Lake Forest.

The Ventura County Sheriff's started the investigation of Swan Spa in Ventura area, and later discovered the owner of that spa had several other locations.

I often am in a parking lot, therefore not on public streets, but have sometimes driven some reasonable distance w / no plates, and have never had any difficulty. I also have black electrical tape over the VIN # that must be visible through the windshield of my car, so a casual person walking by can't just snap a cell photo.

I checked Rubmaps, and the locations are indeed all closed now. Probably permanently because no spa is going to replace a location that got raided. Unless they plan on staying legit.
Finally made the trek to North OC to see the famous Lucy. 4 seasons isn't to hard to find parking in the rear plenty of parking at 1:30 today.
I never seen Lucy before but I went in with confidence and asked for her no appointment.

Just a guy who has connctions or knows how to use the police to persecute people. Kinda like suburban moms (karens) who know how to read thru a law book to find some obscure reason to shut down a restaurant that gave them bad service.
Just think logically, Police are required to uphold a public image. Massage parlors record their customers (known fact). If a cop is dirty, one video being uploaded to the internet or a internal investigation department is the end of their career.

They're also targeting black establishments. I'd highly suggest people stay away from south central and black neighborhoods offering these type street services. Apparently, a lot of agencies are tired of half naked 12 year old girls being banged by grown men on the streets of California.
