I don't because taking an entire day or two to go down there and monger is not an option for me. Also, you are right. Tijuana keeps alternating with Ciudad Juarez for the title of most dangerous city in the world. You might be hanging in a club and end up getting mass kidnapped, beheaded, and thrown in a mass grave.
