I have had sushi all over the world but, true confession, nothing better than picking up a sampler at Publix and eating it in the parking lot. Add some deviled eggs.

Now that is a great lunch.

Ihave to say Texas de Brazil is hands down the best for quantity, quality, and atmosphere. It's a great place to fill the belly to the fullest and the bacon wrapped filet mignon is melt in your mouth delicious, just as a favorite girl on this board is named after a flower. Let's see a great meal, great intelligent conversation, move back to some adult fun what a great night. Dahlia Would you care to join me? She doesn't read this stuff here because there is alot of non sense being said except for the great places to eat.

I am not a huge Italian fan but pannulos in winter park has some excellent food. They have some steak and seafood also. Excellent mussels in garlic sauce. The atmosphere is laid back but the menu has a fine dining feel.

Sushi is quite yummy for what it is. The one on semoran at lake Frederica seems to have the best on this side of town. Not bad calamari or seaweed salad either!?

If you ever make it over towards Waterford Lakes, try Rice & Beans, they have a second location at The Loop in Kissimmee too.

Sushi there trumps publix at a similar tariff and they have duplicate rolls with brown rice. I switch it up bcuz I like that also. Truth be told, I can eat sushi for breakfast. Sushi is my comfort food.

A killer utr roll is:
Fuji's 'sushi sandwich' aka. 2008 roll, is a treat and yes it looks like a sandwich and yes you eat it with your hands!!

Utr sushi (Nagoya) in winter springs. When I feel like spoiling myself I head there for their 'fire mountain roll'.

For me Amura is the most overrated sushi restaurant in creation but (not exactly a roll) the 'ninja crispy tuna' is a knockout.

Another utr, Samurai sushi in lake mary, had a couple of rolls can't remember the names but the sushi was so fresh.

In Brazil, my favorite churrascaria regularly serves sushi and filet mignon. If you are in the know you also can get fried shrimp and salmon. At the current exchange rate -- about $25 all you can eat.

You have the nice, quaint family type of atmosphere but it's still nice enough to bring a date. You actually have to park in the back of the place.

Good call Vino, I ate there the night I got engaged 15 years ago, and keep going back. Tartinis on South Orange near Lancaster is also pretty good!
