Despite the appearance of the ad, she works alone. There is no one else in the shop. When she has her period or when things get really busy, her "agent" (the person who frequently answers her texts and schedules her sessions) has other girls he can pass the traffic to. But Misa / Miho / Mina is one and only one person. It's a damned shame that her service and her management are so bad.
