I don't know if they have been fined.
On another note, their sister location has been visited 2-3 times with a couple of employees being fined $1, 000. The SOB has not only pocketed the cash collected for house fees, but had one of the girls strip down as he took some photos or pretended that he did. Even on a city sanctioned raid, the 'boys will take cash without a receipt. Then, sometimes charges are not filed because they would rather just keep the cash and try to get a bullshit conviction later on. Generally, I like to drive by, get the lay of the environment, scan the parking lot for suspicious leo vehicles etc. So I realized it was just in too populated of an area, surrounded by restaurants.
